Our customers are businesses of all sizes; marketing agencies creating content for global clients to a local business or society.
Working with the Marketing Manager, the role require making contact with newly registered customers, converting enquiries into sales, and to open doors with new clients. Although no technical skills are required, a thorough training on Page Turn Interactive and competitor systems will be given.
Following up and qualifying enquiries
Understanding customer needs and suggesting solutions
Negotiating volume discounts
Closing sales and processing online payment
Make proactive outbound sales calls to potential customers
The successful candidate will have a professional telephone manner, a proven successful sales background. and be confident in communicating with customers at all levels.
Location: Richmond, Surrey
Hours: Monday – Friday 09:00 to 17:30
